Suede is a store founded in 2012 in the heart of the Monti district in Rome, a few blocks away from the Colosseum. It is a store of unique ideas that combines urban culture, clothing and art and is "son" of Beaverton, founded in 2009.
Suede is a multi-purpose and creative space. The sneakers for men and women have always been the beating heart of the store, which also sells accessories. Adidas, Nike, New Balance, Puma, Diadora, Sucony, Vans are just some of the brands that can be found inside the store.
Recently it also became a meeting place for exhibitions and events, where fashion, photography, urban art, illustrated art, graphic art and music combines. Through these events Suede gives young artists the opportunity to make themselves known and to present their work to the public.
The store has a minimal and "ecological" aesthetic: indeed, wooden boxes were readapted and used as furniture for the exposition of sneakers or even accessories and magazines. Along the walls are exposed other models, placed in an innovative way: indeed, some small wooden squares were used as background for some models of shoes.
