Tom Ford, the new face of luxury

Tom Ford is a brand created by the namesake designer who debuted in 2005 after an extraordinary career as creative director of Gucci and Saint Laurent.

Tom Ford, together with Domenico De Sole, creates the company "Tom Ford". He initially collaborated with Estée Lauder for a line of perfumes and cosmetics, launching his perfume on the market with the name of "Black Orchid", an interpretation of his extravagant and unconventional style.

Subsequently, he created a collection of sunglasses with its name and in the spring of 2007 presents the men's collection in the name of classic rigor, sought after in cuts and materials. Traditional and hyper-luxurious, which does not need to overdo it to show off security, Tom Ford manages to create the masculine image, laced on himself, in which everyone would like to recognize himself. After all, it's still the times when Gucci came out in the catwalk finale dressed in a classic tuxedo and a glass of whiskey in his hand.

The first, highly anticipated, women's line by Tom Ford was published by a selected buyer and fashion editor in 2010, inspired by beautiful women like Lauren Hutton, Julianne Moore and Bianca Jagger and the music of excellence: the New York of the 70s.

The designer was able to redefine the role of the fashion creator. In his opinion we need to do away with the damn artist: the new model of stylist finds himself in real ease with the commercial aspirations of the big companies dedicated to fashion, and he must be able to rejuvenate a brand and market strategies as it is in design.

Tom Ford is the first luxury brand of the 21st century and places a priority on the distribution of a product of excellent quality and the highest level of service.
