Marcelo Burlon was born in Argentina, Patagonia, from Italian father and Lebanese mother. In 1990, he arrived with his family in Italy and his parents began working at the factory. At the end of the 90s, he moved to Milan to attend MAS (Music, Arts and Show) courses, and started making selection at the door of a well-known Milan club often attended by young designers, models and photographers. He moved on to deal with the public relations of the club, creating a list of transversal contacts of Milan's society. Then, he began working with fashion: for Dolce & Gabbana and later for Alessandro Dell'Acqua, where he was responsible for managing the international stars dressed in the brand, and then as organizer of events and deejay, he became extensively more famous.
In 2012, he decided to found with two members, Davide De Giglio and Claudio Antonioli, Marcelo Burlon County of Milan, a brand that takes his name. He then started using his web site visibility and the clubbing world to get acquainted with the t-shirts he produced, posting photos and videos of what he was wearing: he initially started making t-shirts, sweatshirts and ponchos that stood out for the lively and slightly aggressive prints around the neck of snakes, bird wings, wolves and other wild animals, combined with contemporary graphic motifs, inspired by symbols linked to Patagonian traditions.
Then he began to produce smartphone cases and watches that resembled the same t-shirt fantasies and brand products, began to be increasingly demanded, especially by younger customers, even at lower prices (at that time) than traditional streetwear. He currently produces a woman, man and a kids line. After debuting in January 2015 in Pitti Uomo 87 in Florence, the man line was officially entered in the Milano Moda Uomo calendar.
