Drumhor was born in 1770 in Drumfries, Scotland, with high-level knitwear collections that over time have conquered the most select international clientele, from the English Royal Family to the King of Norway, actors of the caliber of Audrey Hepburn and James Stewart and influential personalities of the jet set. It was thanks to Gianni Agnelli, in fact, that the original motif of the "razor blade" became an icon and took the name of biscuit.
In 2006 the English brand was acquired by the Ciocca Group, a historic company of reference in the knitwear sector, which transferred its production from Scotland to Italy, translating the values of the English tradition with Italian taste and savoir faire. The new property has equipped itself with the latest generation machinery that has made it possible to maintain the traditional origin of the yarns and preserve the typically Scottish processing, combined with great innovation.
