Craig Green is a British brand that goes beyond the traditional boundaries of men's fashion. Its approach embraces a bold style and an avant-garde, artistic, at times symbolic and certainly impactful vision with futuristic volumes, sculptural silhouettes and functional aspects.
Its must-haves are in fact the workwear items, such as the worker jackets and uniforms, basic garments that are revisited, with the aim of questioning the certainties of men's fashion to reach the unexplored. In all its collections, the use of textures and fabrics is very interesting, among which cotton, microfiber and denim stand out, which are often knotted, draped, cut and distorted.
At the Spring-Summer 2015 Green presents its first collection, enjoying great success from the critics who saw in the brand a new opening for men's fashion. In fact, Green's work, although originally designed as men's clothing, is known for its unisex and genderless qualities. In 2018 the brand was special guest of the famous “Pitti Uomo” event, leaving an enthusiastic audience fascinated by conceptual creativity speechless.
To date Green is by far the most creative and daring brand in London and thanks to its strong artistic taste, it is possible to observe some pieces exhibited in the permanent collections of the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
